Women's Emotional Health Coaching

For the woman who just wants to be free

Hey there,

Before I introduce myself and the work I do, please take a moment to answer this quick question: How are you feeling right now?
(maybe mentally circle one of the words below when it resonates as true!)

Anxious

Angry

Overwhelmed

Uneasy

Numb

Confused

Frustrated

Depressed

Exhausted

Scared

Empty

Uncomfortable

Alright, great. Thanks for taking the time to identify that.

I want you to know that however you’re feeling right now, it’s okay to feel this way. And you’re not crazy. There’s a valid reason why you feel this way. I know how much you might want to feel happy, light feelings…and how that makes you just hate it when you feel low, heavy feelings.

But for a moment, just try to give yourself permission to be exactly where you are.

As you do that, read through this page with an open mind. I’ll be offering a solution that you may have never encountered before…and if it’s the right timing for you, this just might be a moment that’s going to change the trajectory of your life forever (yes, I just said that).

I'm Riley. I help women who think too much and feel too much.

More specifically, I work with deep-down-I’m-actually-a-free-spirit-but-I-can’t-seem-to-let-go-of-everything-that’s-keeping-me-stuck kind of women.

More specifically, I work with deep-down-I’m-actually-a-free-spirit-but-I-can’t-seem-to-let-go-of-everything-that’s-keeping-me-stuck kind of women.

There was a time where I felt like my life wasn’t my own.

Like everything that happened and all of my choices weren’t under my control. Being around certain people, having to accomplish certain tasks…it really felt like my reactions were on autopilot. A deeper part of me felt like I was just watching a movie play out and was completely powerless over the story line. I would want to change something in my life, only to be overcome with emotions and sabotaging thoughts. I wondered if something was wrong with me and how I could fix me. This led me into the personal development world. Well, time passed and no matter how much positive thinking I did, how many books I read or meditations I tried, I was always left in the same place: emotionally, mentally & physically exhausted.

I was tired of fighting with myself.

Do you feel this way? Like you’re just fighting with yourself?

Fighting with yourself looks like this…

  • reaching goals feels distant and like it would require some kind of self-discipline miracle

  • overthinking when making decisions to the point of feeling stuck

  • powerlessness over your own behaviors

  • beating yourself up over things you’ve done/should be doing

  • expressing yourself feels like hard work because you don’t want to be judged or misunderstood

  • can’t finish or procrastinate on new projects because you can’t get it up to standard

  • the chance of conflict with people around you makes you want to avoid or hide

  • positive thinking is exhausting

  • worried that you are too dramatic

This dynamic with yourself will manifest in your life like this…

  • conflict/fighting with your closest friends, family (especially parents) and romantic partners

  • neglect around doing activities that genuinely bring you joy

  • tip toeing at work and dissatisfaction with career path

  • physical ailments like anxiety attacks and random sickness/body pain

  • resistance around eating healthy and exercising regularly

  • overuse/addictive behaviors around food, social media, television, alcohol, sleep, sex, etc.

  • financial success feels meaningless or there’s a deep fear of losing it all

Life+Wheel.jpg

Your relationship with yourself and your emotions affect all areas of life.

Personally, fighting with myself caused my life to look like this:

I earned money through easy jobs, and avoided/was terrified of taking action towards the career I went to school for. College was a constant obsession with keeping my performance high..that it eventually led to extreme burnout. I experienced depression and lethargy. I felt out of control around food (that was my drug of choice). I was in a religion that I didn’t genuinely believe in. I felt like I was showing up as someone I wasn’t. My marriage was full of tension and conflict. I was very sensitive and offended easily by almost anything my husband would say. I struggled with being present with my new daughter. My community was very small and most of my friendships were inauthentic and shallow. It felt like no one understood me.

Wow…my life is so different now. But more on that later. :)

I was reacting to everything and everyone around me, having daily panic attacks, and was trying so hard to control myself...I can absolutely say that this process has helped me in my life more than anything else I’ve done.

So, like I’ve mentioned before, my name is Riley.

All of my training has given me the broad title of a life coach, and my most recent training allowed me to take on the distinction of being an emotional health life coach.

Working with a me is very different then working with a therapist, a health coach, or a mentor.

Essentially what I do is I guide you through the process of self-healing.

I help you reconnect to the power, the voice, the wisdom & the body you already have, in such a way that you don’t need anything outside of you to make you feel better.

I help you process + release emotions & beliefs that you’re holding on to (unconsciously) from your past.

I help you declare your desires and get in touch with your inherent goodness, so you can feel better today.

And as you feel better today, the future takes care of itself.

And throughout the whole process, you learn how to be completely independent (no depending on me or anything else to be happy ever again). Sovereignty…YES!

How does that sound? :)

It was an emotional process and with the tools that Riley provided, I found that I was happier than I had been in a long time. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

What are we really talking about here?

It’s actually quite simple…

What are we really talking about here?

It’s actually quite simple…

Suffering happens when you are disconnected from your body.

Your body holds your heart, your gut (intuition), your creativity and so much more. When you’re stuck in your head and you’re not willing to FEEL…you suffer.
So…I’ve taken everything I’ve learned over my own process of healing and created a process for YOU that I’ve called…

BACK INTO YOUR BODY™

In a nutshell, the process is all about getting you to FEEL again…so that you can experience high states of happiness, act differently and therefore, change your life.

For more details, check these pieces of the process out:

long heart-1.png

Enhancing Intuitive Senses

All humans have a sixth sense…intuition. Unfortunately, we lose sense with our intuition as we learn from society this crazy idea that truth is outside of us. Enhancing your already existing intuitive senses will provide feelings of ease, confidence and peace to every day decisions.

long heart-1.png

Processing Stagnant Energy

Over the years, you’ve stored trauma, fear, anger and so much more in your body. In order to create an energetic, light-hearted, blissful life…we must release the stagnant energy we’re already carrying.

long heart-1.png

Accessing and Strengthening Your Power

Feeling powerless over your own life is literally the worst feeling in the world. Accessing and then Strengthening your own personal power is absolutely going to change your life.

long heart-1.png

Unlocking Authentic Self Expression

There’s a version of you that can just be yourself and thrive in all areas of life. Unlocking this part of you requires courage and devotion. There’s nothing better then being able to authentically self express. It’s magnetic.

long heart-1.png

Belief Shifting

Often the conversation around limiting beliefs is just barely scratching the surface. Identifying our deeply rooted, unconscious beliefs and then embodying new, empowering ones is very important. Embodiment means that you’re not just thinking differently, you are BEING different.

Inner Child Work

Inner child work is one of the most powerful processes we could do. It’s noticing the part of you that is still hurt from moments in your childhood, and taking the time to reparent that part of you. Meeting your inner child’s needs will completely change your life.

long heart-1.png

Emotional Inclusion

Allowing, including, and embracing emotions can be quite the process. We are so used to avoiding painful emotions, stuffing them down, and living an emotionally flat life. Including all emotions will give you access to higher states of joy.

long heart-1.png

Forgiveness of Self & Others

We’ve all been deeply hurt by other people or we’ve let ourselves down. Holding resentment towards anyone will cause a heaviness to exist in your heart. It’s important to create a space to effectively go through the process of forgiveness (which can be widely misunderstood).

long heart.png

Developing Self-Compassion

It’s actually incredible how hard we can be on ourselves. Every time we judge ourselves, we halt our progress with healing. So self-compassion becomes crucial. Practicing self compassion (and it really is a practice) helps you flow through painful circumstances gracefully.

So, what would this process actually do for you?

Mmmm, this is where it gets good.

So, what would this process actually do for you?

Mmmm, this is where it gets good.

Exhibit A: The results in my own life

Did you read the little snippet above of where I used to be? (you can also check out my blog…I’ve got tons of stories on there!)

The transformation I’ve experienced through my journey with self healing is not finished…but truly remarkable.

In a relatively short amount of time, I’ve been able to

  • experience deep connection and harmony with my husband

  • spend long moments of presence with my two little children

  • create a deeply fulfilling, freedom oriented career

  • eat intuitively, lose weight naturally, and exercise for pleasure

  • self express and share myself authentically on social media

  • create poetry (whaaaaat!)

  • love and accept my mother and sisters exactly the way they are

  • grow my community and group of friends by tenfold

  • do scary things I never thought I’d be able to do (like speak publicly?!)

  • create money in ways I never thought was possible for myself

but most of all…

I can access unlimited amounts of joy and peace within myself, whenever I want.

And that…is ultimately everything, isn’t it?

Now, I want to clarify something for you, though. My story is not finished. I am still human. I have not reached perfection. There is no such thing. I still experience pain, confusion, overwhelm, etc. I still have moments of doubt. I still have conflict in my life sometimes. AND I have ALL the tools I need to move through, empower myself, and keep creating the life I want to live. Cool, right?

Enough of me, though. Let's hear from some of my clients now.

(I literally have the best clients ever! They make me giddy!)

Enough of me, though. Let's hear from some of my clients now.

(I literally have the best clients ever! They make me giddy!)

Due to this type of coaching being highly vulnerable, testimonials will not include full names, photos or any other info. However, the majority of these clients are women between the ages of 35-50.

I knew before I began coaching with Riley that I wanted to make changes in my life. I even knew what I wanted to change. Even though I was highly motivated, I could not seem to make the changes in my life that I wanted. I was reacting to everything around me, having daily panic attacks, and was trying to control myself. It was frustrating to try to make changes in my life and end up repeating the same patterns. I felt stuck.

After being in coaching sessions for the last three months, I can absolutely say that this process has helped me in my life more than anything else. Riley helped me to get to the root of my problems and helped me to resolve issues in my life that had been lingering for years. My outlook on my life has changed. I see things in a more positive light. Now I am living my life from a place of abundance instead of fear.

I am now able to access happiness in a way I never have before.
— Christina
Even though I had never met Riley in person before, I felt drawn to her on social media. Once we started working together, I felt accepted, understood and genuinely cared about. She did not make me feel uncomfortable at all and I normally do not connect to strangers as I did with her.

Riley has a strong ability to listen and can interpret your mindset based on your voice and words. She is calming and allows you to feel comfortable to where you’re more open with her than you normally would be with someone. She validates your feelings and helps you recognize things you never have before.

I found that I had a lot of emotions and battles bottled up. It was an emotional process and with the tools that Riley provided, I found that I was happier than I had been in a long time. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Because of Riley, I love myself again.
— Keri
I never thought of myself as someone who would benefit from a life coach, and then I met Riley. From our first session, she had me tearing down old habits to build a new foundation of thinking and understanding. She taught me different ways to connect to my inner child, which in turn has helped me to parent my own children better. I truly believe taking the time to love myself has resulted in more love in my life. Besides the gift of self-examination, Riley has also helped me with simple ways to express my anger in a more controlled environment.

I felt supported and safe throughout the entire process. Even when I would be so taken with emotion and couldn’t speak, she just gently held the space for me and gave me the comfort I was needing at the time. She didn’t pressure me into anything I wasn’t ready for, yet she gently suggested new ways to explore my feelings.

I’m so grateful I worked with her.
— Hilary
Working with Riley gave me access to the true me. Her amazing ability to really listen led me down paths that leave me profoundly changed. She was not only effective, but loving, open & encouraging. I now have tools for meditation, coping, and self inquiry that gives me access to parts of myself I was closed off from.

I deeply cherish our time together.
— Julie
I came to Riley after years of therapy, 12 step programs, treatment and any other way I could discover to “work on myself.” My goal was always to improve me, which I thought was a worthy goal. What I didn’t realize was how self-judgement was the foundation of all that work. I never released judgement towards myself. Through the exercises and discussions I’ve had with Riley, I’ve built on everything I’ve learned, but with a genuine sense of the ability to allow change to flow through me as I make positive decisions and accept feelings that come up.
— Jan
I was doing a lot of work on myself already, but Riley really cracked me open to some truth bombs! I’m not as mean to myself. I’m more relaxed around food. I’m more forgiving and loving with my body. Most of all...I was able to vent and Riley really validated my experience and helped me feel understood. I loved that she was patient with me. There’s nothing that I didn’t like about our experience together.

I’d absolutely recommend coaching with Riley to anyone struggling, because she helped me.

This process works!

It’s true…coaching with me will, in one way or another, quite literally change your life.

This process works!

It’s true…coaching with me will, in one way or another, quite literally change your life.

So, if you’re feeling that soul nudge,

If something inside you is wanting to do this even though another part of you is thinking this is crazy, you don’t deserve it, you don’t trust yourself, or you’re too scared…trust the nudge.

How often do you miss out on life because you don’t trust yourself or you’re too scared?

This would break that pattern.
